About BRC Performance

BRC Performance was built by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. Based in Ashford, Kent, we're a small, dedicated team with a shared obsession, making cars perform the way they should.

Between us, we bring years of hands-on experience spanning main dealer training, independent workshop life, and a genuine passion for getting the most out of performance cars. Our roots are firmly in the Ford ST and RS world, where we've spent years understanding what makes these cars tick — from a standard service to a full engine build. That depth of knowledge doesn't come from a manual.

More recently, we've expanded into the VAG family; covering VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat and Cupra and we're proud to be an authorised RacingLine OEM+ Technical Centre.

We're selective about the brands we work with and the parts we fit. Every product and software solution we offer is something we'd use on our own cars. On the Ford side, that means Motorsport Developments. On the VAG side, RacingLine. Both chosen for the same reason, real-world results rather than just impressive numbers on a dyno.

That same thinking carries through to everything else we do. Where it matters, we use manufacturer or genuine components. Not because it's the easiest option, but because we want the work we do to last. Cheap aftermarket parts might look the same on an invoice, but the difference shows up later, and usually at the worst possible time.

We're not a big operation, and that's intentional. Every car that comes through our doors gets our full attention. You'll speak to the people actually working on your car, not a service advisor acting as a middleman.
