These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern:

  • Supply of services, including repairs, diagnostics, tuning, and modifications

By accessing and purchasing products through our website, booking services, supplying a vehicle to us for work, accepting an estimate or quotation, or purchasing from us directly in store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services, purchase products or use our website. Inform us immediately if there are terms you do not accept.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • You will not use our services for unlawful purposes
  • You will not interfere with our systems or introduce malicious code

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for breaches.

We provide:

  • Servicing and maintenance
  • Mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Performance tuning (including ECU/TCU calibration)
  • Vehicle modifications and upgrades
  • Supply and installation of parts
  • Online and in-store product sales

All services are carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • All quotations are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise
  • Additional work may be required following inspection
  • Approval will be sought where reasonably practicable
  • Diagnostic time is chargeable regardless of outcome

By instructing us, you authorise all agreed and reasonably necessary work.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle details and history
  • Disclose all known faults and modifications
  • Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy unless transported

We accept no liability for issues arising from undisclosed or pre-existing faults.

5.1 Road Legality

You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle:

  • Remains road legal after modification
  • Is properly insured and declared to your insurer

Our road risk insurance applies only where vehicles are taxed, insured, and have a valid MOT.

6.1 Supply

We may supply OEM, aftermarket, custom, or performance parts.

6.2 Customer-Supplied Parts

We may refuse installation of customer-supplied parts.

Where accepted:

  • No warranty is provided on customer supplied parts, where the part is the cause of failure
  • Labour relating to such parts is excluded from warranty where component failure has occurred

6.3 Product Sales

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Prices and specifications may change without notice
  • We may limit or refuse orders at our discretion

We do not guarantee accuracy of product images or colours.

7.1 Workmanship

Warranty: 3 months or 3,000 miles (whichever occurs first)

Excludes:

  • Wear and tear
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Performance or motorsport use

7.2 Parts

  • Parts failures are covered by manufacturer warranties only (Labour is not included unless agreed otherwise)
  • Customer supplied parts are not covered under warranty where part failure has occurred

7.3 Maintenance (Condition Precedent)

Warranty is conditional upon proper maintenance.

Warranty is void where failure results from:

  • Poor maintenance
  • Failure to monitor vehicle condition
  • Incorrect or contaminated fluids
  • Improper servicing

7.4 Running-In Requirements

Where engines or major drivetrain components are installed:

You must:

  • Follow a 500–1,000 mile running-in period
  • Avoid high RPM, load, and aggressive driving
  • Monitor vehicle condition

A running-in service may be required.

Failure to comply voids warranty.

8.1 Acknowledgement of Risk

You acknowledge that performance modifications:

  • Increase mechanical and thermal stress
  • May reduce reliability and lifespan
  • May expose existing faults
  • May result in component failure

All work is undertaken at your request and risk.

8.2 No Guarantee

We provide no guarantees regarding:

  • Performance gains
  • Reliability
  • Suitability for any purpose

All performance figures are estimates only.

8.3 Road Use & Legal Compliance

Modifications may:

  • Affect emissions
  • Render vehicles unlawful for road use

Unless stated otherwise in writing, modifications may be for:

  • Off-road use only
  • Track/motorsport use only

You are solely responsible for legal compliance, including MOT and emissions regulations.

8.4 Insurance

You must:

  • Declare all modifications to your insurer
  • Maintain valid insurance

We accept no liability for:

  • Invalidated insurance
  • Increased premiums
  • Refused claims

8.5 Motorsport & Track Use

Use of the vehicle for:

  • Track days
  • Competition
  • Motorsport
  • Aggressive or high-performance driving

is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • All warranties are void under such use
  • We accept no liability for any resulting damage or failure

8.6 Liability Exclusion

We are not liable for:

  • Mechanical failure following modification
  • Regulatory or emissions non-compliance
  • Fines, penalties, or legal action
  • Indirect or consequential losses

8.7 Statutory Rights

Nothing excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury due to negligence
  • Fraud
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded by law
  • Payment is due upon completion or invoice unless agreed otherwise
  • Vehicles will not be released until paid in full

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge interest on overdue sums
  • Recover costs of non-payment

9.1 Deposits

Deposits may be non-refundable where:

  • Parts are special order
  • Costs have been incurred
  • Ownership transfers upon full payment
  • Risk transfers upon collection/delivery
  • We may retain goods/vehicles until payment (lien)

Storage charges may apply after 48 hours.

11.1 General

Items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

11.2 Online Sales

  • 14-day cancellation period
  • 14 days to return goods

Refunds issued after inspection.

11.3 Faulty Goods

Handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11.4 Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty:

  • Custom/special-order parts
  • Installed or used goods
  • Opened electrical items
  • Fluids and hazardous materials

11.5 Services

Completed services are non-refundable unless required by law or warranty.

12.1 Accuracy

We do not guarantee website accuracy or completeness.

12.2 Third-Party Services

Used at your own risk.

12.3 User Content

You grant us rights to use submitted content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or use

Liability is limited to the value of goods/services supplied.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of services
  • Legal violations

We may refuse or terminate services where:

  • Terms are breached
  • Payment issues arise
  • Safety concerns exist

All outstanding amounts remain payable.

Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
