The recommended spring rate for normal use is 6/4Kg.mm
Use a large 46mm piston in a 53mm body to maximise oil capacity. As the unit operates the oil within heats up. The viscosity of oil changes as the temperature varies, which can lead to changes in the damping characteristics.
